How the GiftBaskets.si concierge works

"SI" is our nod to Super Intelligence. In practice, it means one thing: you describe a person the way you’d tell a friend, and we do the sorting.

1. You type one sentence, e.g. "my boss, retiring, loves golf and bourbon, $100".
2. The concierge, running in your browser, extracts five things: recipient, occasion, interests, dietary needs and budget.
3. It scores a catalog of basket styles against those signals (occasion and dietary needs weigh most; going over budget is penalized).
4. It returns the top 3 with a one-line "why it fits" and a "Shop this basket" link to a partner retailer.
5. You buy on the retailer's site. They handle checkout, shipping and returns. We may earn a commission.

Privacy

Nothing you type is sent to a server or stored. The matching runs in your browser.

How we make money

We may earn a commission when you buy through our links. That never changes the price you pay. We don’t sell baskets ourselves, and we don’t publish reviews or ratings we haven’t earned.

Limits

Prices are estimates, and exact contents vary by retailer. Always check ingredients and delivery dates before you buy.
